The Bra Boudoir is an inclusive lingerie boutique: everyone is welcome, all sexes, genders and religious beliefs. You are welcome to bring one guest to your fitting, and they are welcome to shop, relax in our lounge area or join us in the fitting room.

Where is The Bra Boudoir located?

Our street address is 6024 Main Street in the historic district of Mays Landing, NJ. The shop is a red and tan building, and the entrance is located on Main Street.

How much does a bra fitting appointment cost?

We collect a $15 deposit, which will be refunded with your purchase. 

How long are bra fitting appointments?

Bra fittings, bridal fittings or lingerie stylings range from 15 minutes to one hour depending on the client's needs. The average fitting is 30 minutes from start to finish. 

What brands do you carry? 

​We regularly scout new brands to fit your needs. We are proud to carry these brands in store: Montelle, Curvy Couture, Parfait, Undie Couture/Joy Bra, Icollection, Playful Promises,  Glamory, Rago, Fashion Forms, Elomi, Goddess, Freya, Fantasie and Wacoal.

Will the bra fitter see and/or touch my breasts?

​No, it is not necessary for our fitters to see or touch your exposed breasts. If the breast tissue needs to be adjusted, we will teach you how to do so. 

 

Robes are available in the fitting rooms while you wait for us to bring more merchandise. 

If my item is damaged, can I return it? 

The manufacture should replace the defective item at no cost if the bra was properly cared for like instructed and the damage was not caused by improper care. If the item is damaged from improper care, no returns or exchanges are possible.

How should I care for my bras?

Bras should be hand washed in cool water with a delicate detergent.  We recommend Eucalan, which we carry in the store.

Do not wring dry foam cups, press the water out of the cups with a towel. To dry, hang by the center of the bra or lay flat on a running dryer to dry quicker. NEVER PUT YOUR BRAS IN THE DRYER! The dryer could permanently damage the elastic, bend the underwire and/or damage lace.

It is best to keep your bras in a drawer when you aren't wearing them, sitting up right, behind one another fitting the cups together. Or you may hang them like you see them in the store by both straps.

Do not bend your bras, do not twist them at the center, do not fold the foam cups inside out because that will damage the cups.

Where can I park my car?

You can park on Main Street or a neighboring Hanthorn Street, look for the parking signs. Free parking is also available behind our building; you the driveway at 6020 Main Street.

Do I have to make an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome, though we recommend making an appointment so we can provide outstanding one-on-one service with no wait times. 

​What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and Apple Pay.

What sizes do you carry?

​We currently carry bra sizes from 28A-52O in store. We can special order additional sizes or styles when needed. Lingerie sizes range from XS to 3X with some styles available in 4X and 5X.

Can I bring my child to my appointment?

We suggest not bringing children to fitting appointments. We encourage a relaxing experience that enables you to focus on yourself. We also understand women are busy moms who cannot always secure childcare.

What is your return and exchange policy?

 An item may be exchanged within fourteen days of purchase date if there is a fit issue or a defect.  The receipt must be present and tags must be attached to the garment. If item is unavailable by either store or manufacturer, you will receive a store credit. We do not offer refunds. We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase.

By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been tried on or worn.  Panties, thongs, underwear etc. are FINAL SALE. 

To avoid being unhappy with your purchase, book a fitting with one of our experienced associates. Returns are not accepted.

What if the bra doesn't fit like I expected?

Exchanges are accepted within fourteen days of purchase if you have had a bra fitting at our boutique.  If not, no returns or exchanged are accepted. No items are accepted that are odorous or stained.
